Tear Bliss

This is a guest blogpost from my soul sister Debbie Lawlor Camarda, whom I admire,respect and love dearly,because she combines wisdom with common sense. Please do not tell me that online friendship is not real friendship,because it is. We are all energy beings and we connect by means of interpreting each other;'s energy. Your senses may deceive you by telling you that you like or dislike certain people because of the way they look,the way they talk,smell or move ,but really it's always theit energy we react to. And to sense that we don't even need physical proximity. Because the soul just knows. And reacts accordingly. Debbie's poem below spoke to me heart in so many ways, so here it is,enjoy!

Tear Bliss

Tears are only as heavy
 as you let them be,
 and you can let them be

Purity,
the cleansing of your soul,
sweet release
flowing with ease.

Pure and simple,
Love’s Light
Glowing
Smiling
Knowing

You are here with me
and we are always together.


Tear bliss really is
 just sheer bliss.
 Allowing the flow
 and watching it go,
 as it triggers release
 back into peace.

Bliss arrives
when we finally surmise
that because of our Love
and blessings above,

I am here with you
and we are always together.
