But laying won’t help you

Last night Achilleas spent the night at his nanny's. He fell asleep there and she saw no point of waking him up just to bring him home so she asked me to let him stay there overnight. I said yes,it was a rainy night,no need to wake thel poor kid up just to get him home.

But I missed him so! He usually spends half the night in my bed; he just wakes up in his bed,comes over to my bed and snuggles in right next to me. I am so used to his peaceful,rythimic breathing and his little hand reaching for mine in his sleep, whispering '' little hand,please'' as he grasps mine and then we get to spend the best part of the night holding hands in our sleep!

Don't tell me this is God's will...I never accepted a God that always wishes the opposite of what I wish...that He has no other business than spying on me from above, waving a whip,waiting for me to do the wrong thing so that he'd get at me..

  My God taught me to think...and he's always right there next to me...He is not bothered by my stupidity,he is not judging me, as he knows I am of ...limited resposibility. He has taught me to dare to do things without being afraid of how He might take them. He has taught me to raise objections and He is there to steady me when I trip and falter.

He has shown me the true meaning of life and told me 'Go ahead,live your life YOUR way,spare nothing,'cause I'm here for you.That sparing part is the misery part..And that's the God I claim for my own...And there's nobody able to convince me that when He gave me that present,he gave it to me on special conditions...

No,I do not recognise any conditions other than those based on generosity. I do not recognise stingy,spiteful  totems in place of God, ones that can only inspire devotion through fear and punishment, the ones trying to impose on me a life of NON-living...''

How to have a good time on an outing with your kids

Now that Winter is almost upon us, I thought we might as well get a last taste of  Summer with those pictures taken this June.So here's how to have a great time when on an outing with kids:

1.Bring along some of your kids' friends, preferably the cool,fun-loving ones

2. Get your older kid(s) to help with looking after the younger one(s)

3. Pick up a nice destination

4....preferably one with an awsome view

5.... and some recreational facilities

6....offering a chance for you,the parent, to relax a bit

7.....as well as enjoy the view

8....while the kids are happily enjoying themselves nearby

9.... playing  with each other

10...while you are posing for the camera

11...and taking pictures of your kids

12...who are sharing the love

13...and the fun

14.Never pass on an opportunity to make new friends

15....   of all ages

16. Let the kids rest as much as they need to between activities

17...and don't forget to bring along some snacks for them

18....and of course sunscreen lotion on a fine day 

19. Don't leave your sexy attitude at home

19...or your sexy shades

20..and then strike a couple of sexy poses for the camera

21...and  get some more photos of your unsuspecting kids

22. Then give them something to satisfy their sweet tooth

22....as well as YOUR sweet tooth

23. Bring along favourite toys

24....and hats of course

25. Entice your kids into posing for the camera

26...and praise them for  being on their best behavior

27. ..and compliment them on how handsome they are

28.  Thank God from the bottom of your heart for the gift and blessing of having kids of your own

29....that you get to love and raise and care for

30. Be inspired by their pure,vibrant spirits

31...and by their innocence and zest for life

32.Best of all: don't forget how awsome life really is,be knee-weak greateful for it!

 Imagine actually being there on a night like this guys...when all ancient spirits,gods,demi-gods and heroes still roam about,oblivious of the change in times...the energy of the place is still powerful and palpable....because all places retain some of the energy of everything and everyone they'd come in contact with...
